Amy asks: "I have a question for those of you who suffer from Bipolar disorder/ major depressive disorder. Do you have an extraordinarily hard time making decisions? I am 47 years old, and still I go through agonizingly emotional pain when trying to make some of the simplest decisions, literally bringing me to tears...I will lament over something for days, and only decide because I have run out of... time for one of the options. After I make a decision, regardless of what it is, I always feel like I am doing the wrong thing. This issue is one of the biggest things that makes me feel crazy. I feel like such an idiot that I can't just make choices in my life, be it what to wear, or where I am going, or whatever. It makes me feel like a child. I would really appreciate your feedback, I suppose it would make me feel better to know this is common and I am not alone. Thanks in advance."
